Targeted Risk Reduction via Milliman's Catastrophic Risk Atlas

The devastating wildfires in Paradise, California, and Lahaina, Hawaii, demonstrated the risk of urban conflagrations destroying entire communities. Risk reduction efforts should be targeted to where they will be most effective at reducing the risk of these kinds of disasters. However, local government officials often lack the tools to know where to focus their efforts. Milliman is excited to introduce a new tool for local governments to rely on when discussing these issues: the Catastrophic Risk Atlas.
