Young Actuaries Shaping the Future in Munich

Following the successful debut last year, the Leadership and Career Development Seminar 2025 took place in Munich. Hosted by the Deutsche Aktuarvereinigung and the Institut des actuaires, with valuable support from Munich Re, the event brought together young talent from the international actuarial community. On 27–28 November, future leaders and bright minds from 15 countries and actuarial associations gathered to connect, learn, and look ahead together.

The seminar focused on empowering young actuaries to take on leadership roles within their companies and associations and to actively shape the future of the profession. Workshops, presentations, and interactive sessions offered diverse insights on leadership, innovation, and personal development. Experienced voices met fresh perspectives, creating a fertile space for new ideas, networking, and inspiration.
