The video is a brief talk on my definition of a global actuary, along with how it is shaped by programming and data. I also provide a short demo on the programming behind the paper I will present at ICA 2023, to showcase how crucial data can be accessed simply through developer's libraries. In the end, I highlight some important concerns that need to be raised regarding data governance and ethics.
